Desert Sky

Sometimes it's easy to forget that Southern California is nothing but a huge desert. But coming out of Trader Joe's one evening a couple months ago, Mother Nature sent out a reminder with this display. I put the groceries in the car and pulled out the camera. Lots of people were taking photographs. Everyone was in awe.

BTW, I didn't edit the color of the sky. And if you click for the enlarged version of it, you'll be able to see a bird flying. Cheers.
