Tell Me Why

Why am I listening to Billy Squier today? Yeah, it's a mystery to me, too. Two Days Gone has never sounded so good. I promise you, I'm completely sober right now, although I'm a little amped up on caffeine. It all started with a vague urge to hear In The Dark, and next thing you know, I'm letting the whole CD spin. Lonely Is The Night? Heaven help me.

Seriously. SOMEONE. Help her.
Ahhhh, Norm thinks Billy rocks. You could do worse, LA!
Remember that seriously lame video he did wearing pastels and dancing like a drunk chicken?
yea, that was a bad turn of fashion for Billy.
strangely enough, he produced a pretty timeless piece of music in terms of his first record which was solid rock and roll. his band was excellent.
after that. ouch. what was that??
stroke me, stroke me, baby.. :)
That's one of the first records I ever owned (aside from comedy).
I friggin' loved that album, still do. Oops, I called it an album, my age is showing. :)
I had Journey's first on vinyl as well; it's still laying around here somewhere.
Matt - I've got Don't Say No on vinyl, too! No Journey, though. It's cool to have albums, I still have all of mine. And I'm probably older than you are, too! :)
There ain't nothin' wrong with a little Billy Squire. I may have to download some of that myself!
A few years back I saw a show with Billy Squier, Bad Co., and Styx - let's just say that Billy and Paul Rodgers were still rockin', and had made it to the 21st Century . . . Styx was still sporting the 80's outfits and big hair . . .
