LA, you have the best real estate posts!! That kitchen is just amazing. They're top of the list when I check out a home.
And that view is surreal. The place looks like it was built for entertaining guests.
Flix - It's in the Hollywood Hills, and there's almost no bad view from up there. A tiny, teardown shack up there would be well over a million. The view is of the city all the way to the ocean. I love a city view at night, there's nothing like it.

Do not bother buying loto tickets. The day of judgement is at hand. The souls of the evildoers shall be devoured and belched forth into the boiling river of heads. Money will be obsolete, so sayeth Prunella of the seventh level of Blargh!
After the judgement I will be taking the house pictured on the bottom right. That is all!
Prunella, you are so right. However, judgement day was actually last tuesday. Just nobody showed up. Also, please send me a sample of whatever you've been smoking lately.
I love your real estate posts, LA. All I have to say is that Fergie is not talented enough to warrant living in a home that nice.

The real estate market has been taking and should continue to take a hit for the near future (in my opinion), looks like it might be the right time to buy, lol.
