Under the Skin

Lindsey Buckingham is my one true love. He's releasing Under the Skin, his first solo album in 14 years on October 3rd which also happens to be his 57th birthday. You can listen now to a 5-song preview on his website, but don't you dare buy concert tix before I have mine secured. Because I'll beat a bitch who has better seats than me.

He's aging quite nicely! I will definitely alert anyone about getting an ass beating if they buy their tickets too early! How do you feel about Willie Nelson? I won some tickets at work for him at the Bowl tonight, so I'm taking a girlfriend who's a huge fan. I heard Ryan Adams and Neko Case may be performing as well. I'll probably blog about it next week. Okay, I'm checking out the song previews now!!

Ffleur - Lindsey's been hot for years.

Kook - I'm not personaly a Willie Nelson fan, but I'm sure it will be a great show. Are Ryan Adams and Neko Case collaborating with him or are they opening? I'll look forward to your review.

LA, Ryan and Neko didn't perform that night. They were scheduled for the last night, which was Sunday. But I did have a great time. I was pleasantly surprised by Willie's performance, he is really funny and charming on stage!

I'm getting concerned that you may be considering not bringing us all the inside scoop on Supernova this week!

Diane - Rockstar ends tonight, and I'm trying VERY HARD not to look for the inside scoop because I want it to be a surprise.

Kookla - I still can't get over that it was your friend's first concert!

I just found your blog (through DListed) but I just wanted to say thank you for posting about Lindsey's new album. I've been an FM fan since grade school and this is something I hadn't heard of yet. It's funny, though, that I remembered 10/3 was Lindsey's birthday even before seeing that you mentioned it (I remember all the birthdays)! And no bitch beating here - the closest he comes to my town is Atlanta. Tempting but no thanks.
