The Other Side of the Mirror
About Me
- Name: LA
- Location: Southern California
I often find myself going through life, shaking my head in disbelief at what I see. And then sometimes I am awed by something so stunningly beautiful that I'm breathless. I hope to document both here.

We must not confuse dissent with disloyalty. We must remember always that accusation is not proof and that conviction depends upon evidence and due process of law. We will not walk in fear of one another. We will not be driven by fear into an age of unreason, if we dig deep in our history and our doctrine, and remember that we are not descended from fearful men not from men who feared to write, to speak, to associate and to defend causes that were, for the moment, unpopular. - Edward R. Wow. A knitting convention. Par-tay. Hah! J/K! I'm just trying to be funny, in a very unoriginal way. Anyway, I hope it was a great time.
Downtown San Diego has really come a long way since I was a student at SDSU in the early 80s (and Horton Plaza was a red light district). I've got some pictures, so another SD post will follow.
Mike - Cold, yes, but no different than here in LA/OC.
I always find the word 'paraphernalia' to be a fun world to through into any sentence.
