Where the homes in my last entry succeed, this house fails miserably. I live close to this place, and I watched its recent renovation from blah to pseudo-Mediterranean eyesore. There's so much wrong here, let's see if we can ID the missteps. I'll start.The pitch of this roof prevents it from being a Mediterranean.

It would appear to be a home with one bedroom. Poor use of space, in a very expensive region.
Ha the house I had in Riverside had a roof just like that.
There is a lot of roof on that house.
Well, what could have been used as a balcony (with better planning) is now just more roof. Waste of space.
