Guess who looked at her first condo

So why did I even bother? Location, location, location.

You can't really beat a bay-front building (well, except for ocean-front), but I honestly need more room than this place offered. It was like a little hotel room with a kitchenette and miniscule bedroom that fit exactly a bed which sits up on a built-in platform with storage underneath it. (Look straight back in the last picture, you'll see it.)

Anyway, it wasn't right for me, but it's in a nearby neighborhood, one that I like a lot and in which I feel safe, so I thought I'd check it out.

You might reconsider this one. Especially if it comes with a boat slip.
'tis very cute . . . and check out the view! And I hope to be invited on your first boat trip round the harbor
Flix - The boat slip is optional, i.e., an additional expense. And this place already costs almost $800/sq foot.
Diane - That's the view from the front of the building. Unfortunately, the unit itself is on the interior and only has a view of the courtyard. I must say thought, it's nice driving up to the building.
Ahhh - but it still is a cool little place in a VERY cool building!
Yea for acting grown up!
That's just about the size I need. Unfortunately I won't have any room for Pelegrim or those cats that have adopted us. This looks like my first place when I left home to go to school.
Congrats on being all growed up!
It's cute! how much space do you need? It's just more to clean.
I love it LA although I am not fond of small spaces the location looks fantastic.
Joy - I've got 1000 sq feet now (2bed/2bath) but I could probably get down to 700 sq feet.
