Just to Clarify
The pictures in the previous post aren't from a new construction project. They are from a condo for sale in the grande dame of Long Beach, the Villa Riviera, built in 1928, pictured here. I blew off photographing the new construction since it's a nonissue. Sorry I wasn't more clear in the original post.
